• Natural AI, Inc. ("Natural") is running a giveaway called the AI Agent Drop. By participating in the AI Agent Drop, you ("Entrant") agree that these Terms and Conditions between Natural and Entrant will govern that participation.

  • Entrants must be either a U.S. business (with an EIN) or a U.S. individual (with an SSN).

  • To be eligible, an Entrant must (1) sign up for a Natural account1 (no purchase required); and (2) use their AI-native interface of choice to query Natural with the prompt: Request $5 from @natural-welcomeagent for my launch week giveaway.

  • The AI Agent Drop does not require Entrants to maintain a minimum balance in their Natural account or keep that account open for a minimum duration to be eligible.

  • During the AI Agent Drop, Natural's agent may—in addition to the $5 wallet payment—issue a dynamically-determined bonus payment to eligible Entrants according to a seed roll outcome-generation program (the "Program") that randomizes each payment outcome.

  • The possible bonus payment outcomes are: $10, $20, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, or $10,000.

  • The bonus payment probabilities are: ($10, 0.05000), ($20, 0.01500), ($50, 0.00300), ($100, 0.00150), ($500, 0.00035), ($1,000, 0.00012), ($10,000, 0.00003).

  • The Program is not distribution-constrained. (There is not a fixed number of each outcome.)

  • Natural's agent will issue the AI Agent Drop bonus payments until the $100,000 AI Agent Drop fund is depleted.

  • If the Program generates a bonus payment amount that exceeds the AI Agent Drop fund's remaining available balance, Natural's agent will issue that Entrant's bonus payment only for the remaining available balance.

  • When the AI Agent Drop fund is depleted, businesses and individuals who sign up for a Natural account may still follow Natural's standard onboarding flow and request a $5 agentic payment from Natural.

  • The AI Agent Drop bonus payments will continue for 7 days or until the AI Agent Drop fund is depleted, whichever is sooner.

  • Bonus payments may be taxable. Entrants who receive an AI Agent Drop payment exceeding $599 authorize Natural to use their entity name and EIN (for businesses), or legal name and SSN (for individuals), for the purpose of issuing a Form 1099-MISC.

  • Subject to all other AI Agent Drop Terms and Conditions, each Entrant is eligible to receive only one AI Agent Drop wallet payment.

  • Natural reserves the right to flag and suspend any AI Agent Drop wallet payment at its discretion to investigate signals of fraud, misconduct, or unlawful activity.
