$100M in credit to scale payments for AI agents

Today we're announcing that Natural has raised up to a $100 million credit facility from Upper90, on top of the $40M in equity we've raised.

A week ago, I wrote about why we believe agents will become the primary financial actors of the global economy, and why owning the entire stack vertically matters on that path.

Payments isn't purely a software problem. At scale, it's also a capital problem.

Every day, trillions of dollars move globally, and much of that movement relies on capital being extended before cash ultimately settles.

Agents will need access to credit at a rate that far outpaces any human-led payments vertical. So as we explored partners for this facility, the question wasn't just who could provide the capital today. It was who shared our view of where this is going, and who could scale with us from our first million dollars of deployed credit to our first billion.

This partnership with Billy, Dallin, and the team at Upper90 is that shared commitment.

If we're right that agents will eventually execute a meaningful portion of global payment volume, the financial infrastructure supporting them will need to operate at a scale that's difficult to comprehend today.

We're building for that scale now.

If you're building something where agents need to move money, reach out. We'd love to hear what you're working on.

And if you're interested in building at the frontier of payments, we're hiring: /careers.

Thanks,
Kahlil
