FAQ
An agent on Natural is any AI-powered instrument you configure and authorize to initiate transactions on Natural. You may build an agent yourself or access an agent through a third-party app or service.
At all times, you are the manager of your agent. You decide how your agent is authorized to act, what rules and prompts it must follow to complete transactions, and when to pause, modify, or disable it. Natural and its partners do not manage your agent or its decisions; Natural receives and carries out the payment instructions your agent submits.
Natural is not responsible for your payment intentions. If your agent moves money in an unintended way, the payment is your payment, and you are responsible for it. Natural provides the infrastructure to carry out agent-led transactions, but does not—and is not authorized to—influence or manage your agent's decisions.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the recipient's information before authorizing your agent to transact. Your agent selects recipients based on rules you define.
If Natural fails to process a transaction according to your agent's instructions, Natural is responsible for that error. Natural will "make you whole" by covering the losses its error caused.
