Cards Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Natural AI, Inc. (“Natural”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you apply for or use the Natural Card, a debit card issued by Column N.A., Member FDIC (“Column”), pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A.
Roles and Scope
Column issues the Natural Card. Natural manages the Natural Card program as Column’s service provider and provides the Natural Technology, the platform you use to apply for and manage your Natural Card.
This policy covers your Natural Card application and account information (collectively, the “Natural Card information”). Column’s Privacy Notice explains how Column collects and shares that information and the related choices federal law gives you. Natural will never use or share your Natural Card information in a way that Column’s Privacy Notice does not allow.
Natural’s general Privacy Policy covers your other Personal Data, such as data from your interactions with the Natural Technology, either directly or through your authorized agent(s); use of your Wallet Account; and visits to Natural’s website. This policy controls over Natural’s general Privacy Policy with respect to Natural Card information.
Card Information We Collect
In addition to the information described in Natural’s general Privacy Policy, we receive information about your Natural Card account and transactions, including merchant details and disputes, from Column, card networks, and the companies that process card transactions.
How We Use and Share Natural Card Information
We use your Natural Card information only to issue and service your Natural Card; process transactions you or your authorized AI agents request; prevent fraud; comply with law, card network rules, and our obligations to Column; and tell you about the Natural Card and other Column products offered through Natural. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to improve our services.
We share your Natural Card information only for these purposes:

Data Retention
In addition to the Data Retention and Disposal terms in Natural’s general Privacy Policy, Natural retains Natural Card information for at least as long as law, card network rules, and our agreement with Column require.
Your Choices and Requests
Natural’s general Privacy Policy explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them. Some rights are limited for Natural Card information because Column owns it and the law requires us to keep certain records.
Updates
We will notify you before any change that expands how we share your Natural Card information, as described in Natural’s general Privacy Policy.
